We are open to accepting custom boxes, but at this moment in time they’re only done by email request or the form below only, to be further discussed.

If you’re in the market for a cake, drop us a message either by email or via the form below to discuss details. Ideally for these types of orders a 2 week minimum notice is required. There will be a small extra fee for last minute orders (Less than 7 full days).

A few things to bare in mind when enquiring:

  • A Hello and Please/Thank You really does goes along way with us! Let’s all be cake friends.

  • Buying anything that is customisable and made especially for YOU is a LUXURY! That is why our prices are non-negotiable and reasonable for both you and us, if the price doesn’t fit your budget then that’s completely fine and we wish you all the best!

  • The more information you give the quicker we can help and get you booked in. (Key aspects to mention in your message are things such as: flavours; allergens; Colour palette; quantity/size; a preference for collection/delivery; any style you had in mind; a preference for buttercream/fondant or ganache).

  • If you’re after a unique design and are happy for us to take creative lead. firstly, that’s amazing, as we flourish and specialise in creating cakes that wows even the buyer!

  • We love all foods and flavours, unfortunately this does mean we cannot guarantee no cross contamination of allergens commonly found in our baking kitchen.

  • Please bare in mind we are based in West Sussex, we do offer collections and can deliver for an extra charge, capped to a certain distance.

  • We usually respond within a few hours, but during busy periods it can take up to 7 full days.

  • Our response may be sent to your spam folder so please check this if you haven’t heard from us after the 3 days.

  • Lastly, we cannot wait to get started and bake something scrumptious especially for you!
